Symptoms
You may observice this intermittent error message and cannot playback audio/video content when using external 3.5mm plug-in speaker/headsets devices.If using USB speakers/headsets instead, no such issue will be observed.
Resolution
To rectify this issue, please download the Realtek HD Audio Driver, version 6.0.1.8098, A02 (or latest version currently available) from the Dell Drivers and Downloads site.
