Reason: The Virtual Media native library cannot be loaded Resolution: Close your Internet browser and open the JAVA Control Panel Console: Start > Control Panel > Java Control Panel Select the "General" tab and under Temporary Internet Files, click on "Settings" Click on "Delete Files" Click "OK" to delete the temporary files: Connect to the iDRAC using your web browser and launch the Virtual Media Program.
