Dell OptiPlex 7070 Ultra may experience a black or blank screen, power led flashes in amber or the system may reboot or restart automatically when you run a CPU stress test in SupportAssist Pre-boot diagnostic test.

Solution
Updating the BIOS to the latest version on the computer will help resolve the issue.
Warning: Dell recommends disconnecting any external devices like external hard disk drives, printers, scanners before updating the BIOS.

Browse to the Dell Drivers & downloads page for OptiPlex 7070 Ultra.Select the Operating System.Under Category, select BIOS.Locate the latest System BIOS.Click Download and save the file to your computer.Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.Double-click the BIOS setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
