Service Tags are seven-digit alphanumeric strings, for example, A1B2C31. Express Service Codes are thirteen-digit numerical strings, for example, 1234567890123. Locating the Service Tag and Express Service Code on Your Printer Your Dell printer has a sticker in the toner bay giving both the service tag and express service code. There is a second sticker on the back of the printer giving the service tag only. Finding the Service Tag on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) Interface Dell printers with a network interface, either wired or wireless, offer a browser-based configuration page.
