Symptoms
Limited functionality is seen when using one of the Dell WD19/WD19S series docks attached to a Precision 5520 mobile workstation running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Resolution
While this configuration may work with limited functionality, it is not supported by Dell Support as it is not been validated by our engineering group.
This is because:
The Precision 5520 Mobile Workstation was validated for support with Ubuntu 16.04 (That was what was available when this system was released)The various WD19/WD19S series docks were only validated for support with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (For the same reason)
