When Dell PowerStore encounters a problem, an error alert is generated to help identify the issue. This article explains the different possible causes and the relevant solutions for these error alerts. Troubleshoot your network. You should contact your local IT department for this. After a DNS server is reconfigured, SupportAssist may start reporting connectivity failures. Disabling and reenabling SupportAssist resolves the problem. If the issue persists, contact technical support for further assistance. Alert IDREMOTE_SUPPORT_APPLIANCE_ENABLE_NOT_CONNECTEDAlert TextSupportAssist was not enabled for the appliance due to a connection verification error.Error Code(0x00D00303)DescriptionThis alert is raised when SupportAssist is not enabled for the appliance due to a connection verification error.
