Directory: Search for order number from DDL historical orderGet PACs/KeysEnable, register, and activate common softwareImport registrations and subscriptions in the host operating system DDL, or Dell Digital Locker, is used to obtain digitally delivered software titles such as iDRAC, VMware, Red Hat, SUSE and more. Please make sure to log in to DDL with the correct admin account so you can get the correct order content. DDL URL: https://www.dell.com/support/software Search for order number from DDL historical order NOTE: If the order number is not found within the user's DDL account, please confirm that the user enrolled DDL account is the administrator for the order. Tap the order number to enter the order details. Get PACs/Keys The PAC/Key can be obtained in two ways. One click for all PACs/Keys on the order One click for all PACs/Keys on the order for multiple PACs/Keys in one order. Tap the blue "Get all text-based keys" in the order details. The browser automatically downloads the CSV file, open with Excel and the last column is all the PACs/Keys included for the order. (If Chinese characters are included in the CSV, Chinese may appear to be garbled without affecting the last column for PACs/Keys) Capture THE PAC/Key in order details In the order details, click on the product that needs to get the PAC/Key. Once you go into the product details and click get key from the bottom of the License Key, the corresponding Key will be displayed directly on the web page. NOTE: In the product details, the yellow highlighted area is the registration prompt and there is a registration method written on the product, so be sure to read it in detail. The status after getting is displayed as follows: NOTE:If you encounter aLicense Key showing garbled code, try to get it using the first method. Both methods apply to multiple vendors' software PAC/Keys, such as VMware/Red Hat/SUSE. Enable, register, and activate common software Get the VMware PAC redemption code from DDL. Once VMware PACs are obtained through the above method, enable/activate/register address: https://www.vmware.com/oem/code.do?Name=DELL-AC (only L-DELL orders supported) Once open, you will need to enroll in your VMware account, follow the web registration wizard to complete the registration yourself, read the considerations and enter the PACs obtained by DDL in the following pages. Once clicked on Continue, fill in the correct real account information based on the facts. (If the appropriate company information already exists in your VMware account, select or create a new one based on the actual situation) NOTE: Registration typically takes some time to display the redeemedLicense Key in the user's My VMware account, and if the License Key is still not redeemed beyond 48 hours after PACs redemption, contact VMware License Support. The second is through the Service Tag(typically with the server order).
