Symptoms

You may experience a situation where these is no video and no sound output from the Inspiron 27 7775. This may occur if you are connecting to a 4K Blu-ray or DVD player via the HDMI-In port. You may also experience a situation where the LCD brightness is not as bright as you would like, on the Inspiron 24 5475 or Inspiron 27 7775. To help resolve this issue: Browse to the Inspiron 27 7775 driver page. Using the drop down menu select System Utilities within the Category: option. Touch or click Dell System Scalar Firmware Flash Program. Touch or click View full driver details. Touch or click Download File under Available formats, and follow the prompts to install the firmware. Notes: The Dell System Scalar Firmware Flash Program available on the Inspiron 27 7775 driver page also works on the Inspiron 24 5475.For more information on installing the firmware, refer to the Installation instructions close to the bottom of the page.
