Symptom

When the "show interfaces transceiver detail" command is executed, there is partial output shown for the Current (milliamperes) section that does not include all DOM capable interfaces that are present in the previous sections. The ?missing? interfaces for the Current (milliamperes) section are actually displayed in the next section for Optical Transmit Power, but the data is for the Current (milliamperes) sensor.

Conditions

Cat9500 / Cat9500H / Cat9500X switch 17.13.01 or later software version "show interfaces transceiver detail" is used to display data for all DOM-capable transceivers

Workaround

use "show interfaces transceiver detail" command to display details for an individual interface which is not impacted and returns correct data use SNMP monitoring to retrieve DOM data for all interfaces as SNMP is not impacted and returns correct data
