Symptom
In pre-20.9 vManage it is possible to enable only the cloud services from the Administration > Settings > Cloud Services page without enabling vMonitoring or vAnalytics.
For any vManage where this has been done, and without all proper licenses applied, the alarm "Analytics is enabled but relevant license is not present" will be displayed once every 24 hours starting from around the time of the upgrade completion.
We can confirm vAnalytics is not enabled by checking the Administration > Settings > Cloud Services page.
Conditions
1. Cloud Services enabled from Administration > Settings page in vManage pre-20.9
2. vAnalytics not enabled.
3. Upgrade completed to 20.9 vManage
