Further Problem Description
IOS XR release 24.1.1 is the first ASR 9000 release in which we we are using Open Embedded (OE) Linux kernel instead Wind River. The kernel migration has exposed this bug in older IOS XR releases. Production SMU is required on base release, from which the IOS XR upgrade is starting.
