Symptom

High disk alerts on /ngfw show usage on directory on /mnt/disk0/log

Conditions

The following devices may encounter this defect Firepower 10xx Series, Cisco Firepower 21xx Series, Cisco Firepower 41xx Series, Cisco Firepower 93xx Series, Cisco Secure Firewall 31xx Series. Running software version 7.0.0, 7.1.0, 7.2.0, or 7.2.1

Workaround

Run the command ls -alh /mnt/disk0/log as root user to determine how much space the logs are consuming. Zero out the file: > /mnt/disk0/log/asa-ssp_ntp.log*
