Symptom
When the switch boots up and before receiving any PTP information from another devices, the switch recognizes itself as the clock master, the switch will be sending PTP packets with its clock on the "grandmasterClockIdentify" field, once it receives information from the primary clock, it will update the information on the "grandmasterClockIdentify" field, however it wont update the "preciseOriginTimestamp" immediately. There will be some packets with the correct primary clock information and the incorrect origin time stamp, any device receiving these PTP packets will try to sync its clock using the incorrect time stamp until it receives the PTP packets with the correct time stamp.
