Symptom
Slow tls13 connections with TSID enabled or tls13 decryption enabled
Conditions
Servers only support tls13
Workaround
pre-filter connections to those servers or disable TSID and tls13 decryption.
Further Problem Description
However connections to tls13 only servers with tls13 decryption enabled may not work properly if the rule to decrypt has other conditions that are not network parameters.
