Symptom
Performing the following sequence of actions can result in bundles with vES remaining in the Down state:
1) commit replace
2) rollback
Conditions
Traffic loss may occur, due to the bundles not being able to replicate to the line cards.
Workaround
Perform a process restart of l2vpn_mgr
Further Problem Description
The issue also could happen on regular Bundle ES, not only Bundle sub-interface vES.
