In-Band Mgmt issue.
Symptom
in-band management breaks when going over a MACSEC link.
Conditions
PE1(Lo1) - MPLS MACSEC LINK - PE2(Lo1).
PE1 and PE2 are iBGP VPNv4 Peered , ping loopback1 to loopback 1 does not work unless macsec is turned off.
Workaround
No Workarounds.
Further Problem Description
Transit traffic is fine but anything punted to mgmt. plane (icmp, ssh etc) does not work.
