Symptom
When power budget mode changed single-sup, it is rejected and generate the following message.
(config)#power budget switch 1 mode single-sup
Stackwise-Virtual on this platform does not support single sup power budget mode
Conditions
17.5.1 or later
ONLY on c9400 and ONLY in Stackwise Virtual Mode
Further Problem Description
It may impact to bootup of linecard if the system does not have enough power resource
