Symptom
Non-working state:
APs randomly losing the Flex WLAN VLAN mapping and as per NSS status we could see central switching is set to true

Working state:
In the working scenario, the central switching is set to false and we could see the Flex WLAN VLAN mapping on the APs.

Conditions
Change in band of slot or change in the mode of the slot.
Workaround
Workaround to fix the issue is to either reload the AP or execute capwap ap restart on the AP.
In some cases it has been observed that enabling FRA freeze mitigates the issue.
