lda_server crash happening. when commit breakout 100G port to 10xTenGigE

Conditions

problem will come when we do 10xTenGigE breakout. Only affects: ASR9K Lightspeed-Plus-Based Line Cards - FLEX series only A9K-4HG-FLEX-TR A9K-4HG-FLEX-SE A99-4HG-FLEX-TR A99-4HG-FLEX-SE A9K-8HG-FLEX-TR A9K-8HG-FLEX-SE A9K-20HG-FLEX-TR A9K-20HG-FLEX-SE unsupported 10xTenGigE Breakout config is committed hw-module location port breakout 10xTenGigE

Workaround

No workarounds since its unsupported config, If unsupported breakout config is committed, LC reload is required for recovery
