Symptom
Error messages in C9800 logs appear.
They appear as far as a WLCs has APs registered (even without any client joined to any SSID).

Conditions
Reported on 9800-80, 17.9.3 version
Workaround
These logs come from the platform-independant side of IOS-XE inside the c9800. The source code came from the dot1x manager inside IOSd.
This is reinforced by the fact the mentioned interfaces are "Caxx" xx being a number. Those are Capwap interfaces for each APs joined.
These logs are not harmful.
