Symptom
Flow monitor is showing no cache allocation and it is not possible to remove flow record even if flow monitor is removed from profile policy.
% Flow Monitor: Failed to remove record: Flow Monitor is in use. Remove from all interfaces before modification.
Conditions
9800-L running 17.9.3 APs in local mode
Observed when creating a manual flow record with different parameters than wireless basic or wireless assurance records.
When assign flow record to flow monitor and flow monitor to profile policy cache is not allocated for that flow monitor.
show flow monitor NAME Cache Status: "not allocated"
Workaround
Use predefined flow records "wireless avc basic" or"wireless avc ipv4 assurance"
