Symptom
On ISE 3.1 p7, when admin user tries to changes the password by navigating to GUI-> Settings-> Account settings-> the user cannot change the password if the old password contains "$" and we are seeing an error "You have entered the text that appears to contain unsupported tags or markup language. Remove those characters and try again.
Conditions
When changing the password for admin user when the old password contains "$".
Workaround
Avoid using "$" sign in the passwords.
or
Once the user is created and logging to the ISE server initially, once navigated to GUI-> Administration-> Admin access-> select the user for which we have to change the password-> check the change password option and we could change the password of the user regardless of "$" sign inclusion.
