C9115AX AP does not forward a part of CAPWAP Data packets to the uplink direction.

Conditions

Seen with central switching (local mode APs.) - C9115 17.6.3: The issue can be reproduced. - C9120 17.6.3: The issue can be reproduced. - C9130 17.6.3: The issue is NOT seen. - AP2802 17.6.3: The issue is NOT seen. - C9115 17.9.4: The issue can be reproduced. - C9130 17.9.4: The issue is NOT seen. - AP2802 17.9.4: The issue is NOT seen.

To change Local Switching in policy profile
