Symptom
Observing Rlimit exceeded for process gnss_ea . This is resulting in gnss_ea process crash...
Issue is seen on NCS-57B1-6D24-SYS.

Conditions
The following conditions should co-exist for the problem to occur:
1) Issue is specific to NCS5700 & NCS540L PIDS
2) The GNSS config is present on the router without GNSS module connected.
Workaround
Make sure that there is no GNSS config if the GNSS Module is not connected to the router

Further Problem Description
The recovery is automatic. The process crashes after rlimit exceeds and restarts itself. There is no functionality impact.
