Symptom
cpu hog granulation command is not working with following issues:
1. Incorrect timestamp - always show year as 2093
2. Traceback missing for non-kp platforms
3. CP context tracebacks also show up in the DataPath context
Conditions
This issue happens on all ASA and FTD platforms.
