NP reset is seen with EQMREG.eqmSchDeqtoEmptyQidErr interrupts

Conditions

NP reset is seen with EQMREG.eqmSchDeqtoEmptyQidErr interrupts when doing commit replace and rollback of the configuration which includes breakout of 100G ports into 10G ports. Steps to reproduce the issue : 1. Commit Replace 2. Rollback config last 3. NP reset due to EQMREG.eqmSchDeqtoEmptyQidErr The QOS Policy configuration was present on 10G which was part of Pw-ether interfaces.

Workaround

The workaround is to remove and re-add the policy applied on pw-ether interfaces
