Symptom
BGP does not pick the existing config. Any show command will result in error:

Restart of fia_cfg is not supported on lindt platforms, as config_ready is not getting set after restart.
Conditions
Consecutive restart of fia_cfg & bgp process.
Workaround
device need to be reloaded to recover from this state.
