Symptom
It has been observed that the ISR1100-4G and 6G boxes shows 100% CPU.
Identified that snmp is configured and the major portion is taken by confd.

Conditions
SNMP needs to be configured on box and server polling the routers for specific OID present in Views.
After polling certain OIDs, the router CPU spikes and remains there until snmp process is restarted.
