Symptom
ARP inconsistencies at CEF layer and ARP PI layer when receiving Legacy HP probe packets.
This only happens with Legacy devices. that support HP probes.
Conditions
When HP probe is received on Cisco device, the HP probe (ARP packet) processing corrupts the CEF adj entry. Causing the CEF adjacencies to be lost.
Workaround
No seamless workaround
Disruptive workaround
+ Clear ARP on the routers
+ Shutdown / not shutdown the interface.
