Symptom

We can see following message in syslog %APMGR_TRACE_MESSAGE-2-WLAN_CRIT_ERR: Chassis 1 R0/0: wncd: WLAN Error : Refcount for wlan not released by AP with MAC , BSS Index : 0, Slot : 0, Client count : 0.

Conditions

SSID does not broadcast

Workaround

We are moving those AP to different Site Tag and that is changing WNCD after which we can see in AP SSID starts broadcasting
