Firepower 8000-series devices aren't capable of running the software that enables effective management of TLS1.3 traffic, such as decryption or TLS Server Identity.
This is a request to document this limitation, as TLS1.3 traffic is now extremely common but presents difficulty for customers who wish to use SSL policy on their 8000-series devices.
