Symptom
When trying to download Security intelligence update, the task list displays that Security Intelligence download failed.
On the FDM GUI > updates > The Security intelligence section displays to be updated on the proper dates.
However it displays a failed alert on the task list.
Conditions
FDM on box Manager.
Try to download Security Intelligence updates from the cloud.
Workaround
Temporary workaround:
On FTD CLI:
expert ( root mode)
sudo su > enter password (get admin credentials)
Execute following command: perl -MFlyLoader -MData::Dumper -e'print Dumper SF::IPReputation::IPRepSync::doIPRepSync();'
