Symptom

When installing a SAML Certificate on PAN is not replicating the certificate to others nodes in the deployment, a manual sync is needed to replicate the SAML certificate to the other nodes.

Conditions

Installing an external SAML certificate on PAN with multiple nodes. Behavior observed on ISE 3.2

Workaround

Manual sync is needed to replicate the certificate to all the nodes.
