Symptom
IPv6 and IPv4 connectivity with directly connected peer is broken over Bundle-Ether interface after fib_mgr process crash
Conditions
- directly connected ipv6 or ipv4 peer reachable via Bundle-Ether interface
- fib_mgr process crash on LC
Workaround
There is no workaround. LC reload is required to recover
Further Problem Description
The issue is observer only after fib_mgr process crash (regardless of the crash reason)
As this is collateral of fib_mgr process crash, so not recommend to any customer evaluation. Besides, as platforms of DNX/OFA does not support fib_mgr process restart, so the issue is not applicable to these platforms
