Symptom
High number of backwalks to rec. prefixes happens and it make the convergence time high
Conditions
When the high scale of recursive prefixes are transitioned between
forwarding state (resolving to BGP prefix -> IGP prefix -> next hop
and dropping state (resolving to the BGP prefix -> IGP prefix -> NULL0
