Symptom
POE will not be delivered on C9300-24H/48H UPOE+ switches running IOS version 17.6.5. There will be no PoE and no LED lights on the switch ports and ports will remain in NotConnect state.
Conditions
1) C9300-24H, C9300-48H UPOE+ switches only
2) IOS version 17.6.5 only
Workaround
Use:
1) IOS version 17.6.4
2) IOS version 17.9.2 or higher
Further Problem Description
Upcoming IOS version 17.6.6 will contain the fix.
