Symptom

The 400G ZR/ZRP link does not come up for LEM slots 7 and 8 in a Cisco N9K-C9408 switch.

Conditions

This issue occurs when you insert the 400G ZR/ZRP link on LEM slot 7 and slot 8 on a Cisco N9K-C9408 switch.

Workaround

Move the 400G ZR/ZRP to other LEM slots. Note: 400G ZR/ZRP works only on the N9K-X9400-8D LEM on the Cisco N9K-C9408.
