App-hosting list does not show Thousand Eyes Agent after upgrading software
After installing the App again on the switch, observing reachability issues

Workaround
Shut/no shut of AppGigabitEthernet interface
Further Problem Description
After Shut/no shut of AppGigabitEthernet interface, reachability is restored for few mins but issue reoccurs
After reinstalling the app also, same behaviour is being seen. ThousandEyes with SD-Access is supported starting from version 2.3.2.x in Catalyst Center. In this instance SD-Access, clients are in the overlay, so overlay support is also present. See reference release notes (subject to change) :
