Symptom

vManage user login fails intermittently with error "Invalid Username or Password" although the user is not locked and the password is correct. "show log vconfd" shows the error "could not create new session via netconf from with ssh due to session limits"

Conditions

Workaround

Restart the application-server. request nms application-server restart
