C8300 router showing flow-control as OFF when connected to C9300 port which supports flow-control only in input direction.

Conditions
- The issue is seen when neighbor node supports flow-control only in input direction.
- The issue is seen when autonegotiate is configured. With manual settings the flow-control shows ON.
Workaround
Use manual speed and duplex settings.
