Symptom
When using a 3rd party netflow collector called Liveaction, customers are not receiving the AVC flow over this liveaction netflow.
As per the Liveaction netflow support team, for displaying AVC flow, flow data templates coming from the WLC must contain ServerTransportPort info element.
As per the pcap, the data template exported by WLC doesn't have the required ServerTransportPort information element in there, thats why AVC flow is not getting displayed over the livenx.
Conditions
9800 WLC is on 17.3.6. with LiveNX netflow.
Workaround
Use another netflow tool if possible.
