Symptom
This is an enhancement request to allow disable fka in NPV mode with fc uplinks.

ERROR: Switch is in NPV mode, please modify disable-fka from core switch
Conditions
fcoe-npv mode with fc uplinks
Workaround
Increase the global FKA period to max 60 seconds
