Symptom

EVPN-VPWS service programmed with incorrect LB-mode in L2FIB. "Show l2vpn forwarding private" displays incorrect EVPN MP flags. This can impact EVPN-VPWS traffic. There are no syslogs associated with this bug.

Conditions

IOS XR Versions: This bug will affect IOS XR Versions 7.8.x and 7.9.x IOS XR Platforms: All EVPN-VPWS Must be configured to see this bug.

Workaround

There are no valid workarounds for this bug. To recover, restart l2vpn_mgr process with the command, "process restart l2vpn_mgr".
