Symptom

The switch supports 48000 STP instances however the devices triggers a log message when more than 14000 are in use
%STP-2-VLAN_PORT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: The number of vlan-port instances exceeded [Rapid-PVST mode] recommended limit of 14000

Further Problem Description
From DEV RCA, issue seems to be applicable only for N9K TORs. Issue not to be seen with EORs.
