Symptom
Some C9200/C9200L (V02/V03 and higher) switches may experience:
1) Switches failing to stack together
2) Stack ports flapping
3) Stack members reloading due to stack port flaps
Conditions
Issue is currently observed on some C9200/C9200L (V02/03 and higher) switches with on various IOS releases.
Workaround
The following releases contain fine tuning of serdes settings that eliminate this issue.
Upgrade switch(es) to:
IOS 17.3.6 (and higher)
IOS 17.6.4 (and higher)
IOS 17.9.1a (and higher)
IOS 17.12.1 (and higher)
