Symptom
If we have a local user on the router different than admin, this user will not be able to ssh on the router from vManage GUI:
1.1.1.103 login: ebleta
ebleta@1.1.1.103's passowrd:
Connection to 1.1.1.103 closed.
Session closed
Logs from the router are showing that user is authenticated successfully
*Oct 20 18:03:07.046: %DMI-5-AUTH_PASSED: R0/0: dmiauthd: User 'ebleta' authenticated successfully from 1.1.1.10:60772 for netconf over ssh. External groups: PRIV15
Conditions
This behavior is seen on vManage code 20.9.1 and cEdge code 17.9.1
the same router prior upgrade on 17.9.1 was on code 17.8.1 and I did not see this issue.
Workaround
We can use other tools like putty, secure CRT to ssh on the device.
