Symptom
Total Output Drops in show interface doesn't show in Bytes counters by default, rather in Packets counters.
Conditions
On Catalyst 9000, Total Output drops show in packet counters by default.
Further Problem Description
From 16.9.3, 16.11.x and later, Total Output Drops counter will be in packets by default.
