Symptom
Shaping rate shold be 95% of that value (roughly 1435000), instead it is 95% of
the Gig0/0/1 Bandwidth.
Conditions
ISR4451 with the SM-X-16G4M2X module is failing.
Further Problem Description
Changing of the policy made no difference when it came to getting the right information for shaping (ie CDR), it only changed the percentages as expected by the CLI change.
