Symptom
Nexus9k unexpectedly reloads with Kernel Panic as the reload reason.
It's a silent reload, which means no core files or crashinfo files are generated.
On the output of "show logging onboard internal cardcl" this values can be found:
IOFPGA POWER DEBUG = 80000000
IOFPGA RESET CAUSE = 00000004
