Symptom

After configuring RSPAN, if the uplink interface is bounced, no traffic would traverse through the interface unless RSPAN config is removed and the interface is bounced again.

Conditions

IE-3200-8T2S-E running 17.8.1 RSPAN is configured Uplink interface carrying RSPAN vlan is bounced

Workaround

Remove RSPAN the configuration, followed by bouncing the uplink interface.
